Simulation
Skyvault Architect
★★★★☆ 4.2
Skyvault Architect is a cosy construction sim with just enough bite. You stack districts onto floating platforms, route power and water, and watch little residents move in and complain about things. The twist is weather: storms test whether your layout was clever or just pretty.
It plays beautifully with touch. Pinch to zoom, drag to place, long-press to inspect, and the whole thing scales nicely on a small screen. We appreciated that menus never buried the important numbers.
There's no hard failure, which some will find too relaxed, but we enjoyed the low-stress loop. Great for unwinding, and light enough not to drain the phone in one sitting.
What we liked
- Relaxing, low-stress building loop
- Smart touch controls that scale to small screens
- Weather that keeps layouts interesting
